The short version

Who you're dealing with

Jolly is run by [your full name], a sole trader based in Southwark, London, UK. Contact: [hello@jolly.app]. By using Jolly, you agree to these terms and the Privacy page.

Using Jolly

You need to be 18 or over. Organisers give a first name and an email when they share, and get back in with an edit link sent by email. Guests don't need an account.

Your content

Everything you add stays yours. You give Jolly permission to store it, organise it and show it to the people you share your link with. You confirm your group is happy for you to share their details on the trip page.

Please double-check

Jolly uses automated tools to read your plans. It asks you to check anything it's unsure about and shows "TBC" rather than guessing, but mistakes can still happen. Always check flight times, train times, addresses and booking references against your original bookings. Jolly isn't responsible for missed travel or costs caused by relying on a detail that differs from your booking, except where the law says otherwise.

Sharing

Anyone with your trip link can see it, so share it with care. Keep private details, like door codes, in your group chat.

The free link

Keep it live

Map

A one-off payment of £3 for one trip. It needs Keep it live, so on a free link you can buy both together for £8.

Coming soon features

Some features show a "Coming soon" label. Tapping "I want this" records your interest. It never charges you, and it doesn't promise the feature will be built.

Payments and cancellation

Payments are taken by Stripe. Because Keep it live and Map start straight away, you'll be asked to confirm you're giving up the usual 14-day cancellation right when you buy. If something doesn't work as described, email me and I'll fix it. Your legal rights aren't affected.

Fair use

Please don't add anything illegal or abusive, add other people's details without permission, spam anyone, or try to break Jolly. I may remove content or close accounts that do.

Changes and closing accounts

Jolly is new, so features will change. You can delete a trip or ask me to delete your details any time. If Jolly ever shuts down, I'll give organisers at least 30 days notice to save their trips.

Responsibility

If I fail to provide Jolly with reasonable care and skill, I'm responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result. Nothing here limits responsibility for anything the law doesn't allow to be limited, and your consumer rights aren't affected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If something goes wrong, please email me first so I can put it right.
